A Reno, Nevada Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) was firebombed Monday and the FBI is now involved in investigating the act of terrorism. According to ABC affiliate television station KOLO, employees at the restaurant in question arrived Monday morning to find it had been vandalized with a broken window and a Molotov cocktail inside. Overall, the damage was minimal but the FBI is investigating due to the letters ALF being spray painted on the drive-thru menu fixture.

The Animal Liberation Front has accused KFC of animal cruelty for years in which the group’s activists have even conducted acts of arson against other Kentucky Fried Chicken locations. The FBI is not saying if ALF is involved, but the fact that the federal agency is involved due to the ALF letters being scribbled on the KFC’s take out menu in this attempted firebombing shows that the situation was serious enough to warrant FBI involvement.

This isn’t just a restaurant being firebombed by ALF this is one of many instances where groups like ALF attack our food supply. KFC is providing a service to its customers by making chicken meals for people to consume at reasonable prices. Groups, like ALF, attribute rights to non rational and amoral creatures who cannot grasp the concept of individual rights nor even live by them. This, in turn, obliterates the concept of rights in order to pervert such a concept into a means of human extermination rather than for human preservation.

Like other environmentalist groups, animal rights organizations have declared all out war on mankind and the best way to ensure a reduced human population is to assault the very means that keeps humans alive and healthy: food. Groups like ALF are nothing more than modern day Luddites who seek to eradicate human flourishing and enjoyment. Especially our enjoying meals that include animal meat for our consumption and nourishment.
