In their court brief, the attorneys general assert that Biden’s decision was dictatorial and impulsive, not taking into account the economic impact his determination would have on the economy, including on more rural states such as Montana and South Dakota. Last month, 14 AG’s urged Biden to allow the pipeline to be built. Hundreds, if not thousands, of jobs and people’s lives were destroyed resulting from Biden’s nixing the project.
