Shigella, a disease mainly found in the Third World, has been detected in homeless communities in Old Town Portland, Oregon and has spread even to other areas of Multnomah and neighboring Clackamas County. According to Newsweek, the fecal-borne disease is spread mainly as a result of uncleanliness, including same-sex sexual intercourse among men and symptoms can last anywhere from 3 to 10 days.

This is not just the result of communities being lax in terms of dealing with homeless people (some of whom could be illegal immigrants), but also demonstrates what happens when areas that become polluted resulting from a lack of cleanliness. One would think that environmentalists would take an interest in such matters but, not surprisingly, they do not. What do they and other leftist politicos care about downtrodden homeless people anyway?

The media accused Donald Trump of saying Haiti and African countries were $#@!holes, but not a peep of outrage from the same crowd when liberal cities, like Portland, degenerate into the same condition. Including when fecal-borne diseases outbreaks occur.
