Despite the unpopularity of electric vehicles, the Biden administration continues to promote them, including even forcing automobile manufacturers to produce electric vehicles while tightening automobile tailpipe emissions rules. The Biden White House is clearly seeking to indirectly ban gas-powered vehicles in order to minimize competition for electric vehicles.

Over half a billion dollars of the 2021 infrastructure bill was to be spent on a variety of different projects including charging station construction. Recently, Biden Transportation Secretary, Pete Buttigieg, was on CBS‘s Face The Nation and the show’s host, Margaret Brennan, took Mayor Pete to task for backing electric vehicles essentially proving former president Donald Trump right.

During the interview, Margaret Brennan laughed at Mayor Pete’s inability to explain why so few charging stations were built.

The mainstream media needs to do more reporting like this, holding bureaucrats, like Mayor Peter, accountable. Brennan’s taking him to task along with her sarcastic laugh is a much needed expression of how big of a scam the entire electric vehicle scheme is. Where else did the money go, Pete?
