Animal rights is a cause of the left and is grounded in hatred of humans.

Administrator Lee Zeldin plans to revive a ban on animal testing at the Environmental Protection Agency, The Washington Times has learned.

The EPA had pursued a phaseout of animal testing during the first Trump administration, but the Biden administration erased the deadlines, effectively neutering the policy.

Now, Mr. Zeldin plans to put it back in place.

The EPA’s renewed focus under President Donald Trump and Administrator Lee Zeldin looks to decrease animal testing by 30% by 2025 and aims for a full elimination by 2035.During President Trump’s first term, the EPA enacted measures to lessen dependency on animal testing, but the Biden Administration disrupted those efforts.

The Washington Times says the EPA is targeting a 30% reduction by 2025 and complete elimination by 2035. Initially implemented during Trump’s first term, the initiative was stalled under Biden. EPA spokesperson Molly Vaseliou stated the agency is now fully committed to resuming and progressing these efforts under President Trump and Administrator Lee Zeldin.

Rep. Nicole Malliotakis has remarked on the financial and ethical incentives for ending animal testing. According to her, this move could save a significant amount of taxpayer dollars and prevent the suffering of many animals. Never mind the countless lives lost resulting from banning animal testing since vivisection has helped develop numerous medicine and therapies that have saved thousands of lives.

The effort to eliminate animal testing extends beyond the EPA, with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) also advancing plans to cut back on certain animal-based testing practices. This coordinated approach across agencies indicates a wider federal shift toward adopting non-animal scientific methods.

Environmental and fiscal concerns drive this renewed push to end animal testing. Government supporters and advocacy groups alike argue that modern scientific alternatives should replace outdated animal-based methods. Most researchers do not want to use animals but many have to resort to doing so since the alternatives are not adequate.

Opposition to using animals in medical research is grounded in animal rights which is antihuman and animal rights groups, like White Coat Waste Project and PETA, champion the savagery or nihilism of the animal kingdom over the civilization of mankind. This is irresponsible policy making and Trump and the MAGA movement should have nothing to do with such evil.
