In 2009 at a summit on climate change, Britain’s Lord Christopher Monckton engaged in a thoughtful conversation with a Norwegian Greenpeace activist. I do not approve of Lord Monckton’s embracing conspiracy theories, but his knowledge of climate science is spot on.
