In the past I have singled out people, like Oprah Winfrey and Jeffry McCarthy, for their anti-vaccine views. Ridicule of people who knowingly refuse vaccinations of themselves and their children rightly deserve criticism and ridicule since to do so imposes a risk on other they did not consent to. Anti-vaccine celebrities can be a role model or someone to look up for people to use as a reason not to vaccinate.

Bristen Bell, on the other hand, not only vaccinates herself and her children but also publicly advocates for them. Bell, along with Amanda Peet and Sarah Michelle Gellar, not only defends vaccinations she is rightly critical of those who do not. I salute Kristen Bell, Amanda Peet and Michelle Gellar for their speaking out. These ladies deserve the highest amount of praise for their advocacy which will save many thousands of lives.
