Starting Saturday, parts of Sri Lanka’s commercial capitol, Colombo, will have a number of restrictions in place such as ten-hour water reduction on top of power rationing while the country continues to experience gas shortages and has defaulted on its debt. Alot of this brought to Sri Lanka by embracing central planning, like their mandating organic farming.
