Gordon Ramsay Trolls Animal “Rights” Activists, Sparks Outrage

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay sparked outrage last Thursday after posting a video on his TikTok page clearly geared to troll animal rights activists. The video shows Ramsay approaching a cage full of lambs that he would pick in order to cook. According to NBC‘s Today:

“I’m going to eat you,” says Ramsay in a sing-song tone, perched atop a fence and rubbing his hands together a bit like a cartoon movie villain. He surveys the pen which includes around 10 small lambs. “Which one’s going in the oven first? You!”

“Yummy yum yum yum yum yum,” Ramsay continues in the video he captioned “The Lamb sauce was still not found in the making of this video…..” which is itself a reference to another (in)famous moment from “Hells Kitchen.”

Ramsay’s troll effort worked. Not only did the video garner up to 10 million views and a million likes, but scores of comments ranging from laughter, disagreement, scorn, to outright vitriol. However, despite all of the outrage, according to Insider, Ramsay said none of the lambs were cooked for the making of the video.

Below is a hilarious clip of a video from last year of Gordon Ramsay enjoying a burger while watching a video of The Vegan Teacher who criticized him for his eating, cooking and serving meat. Go, Gordon, go!
