During Wednesday evening, a performance of Les Miserables at London’s Sondheim Theater was interrupted and later cancelled thanks to a cadre of climate cultists with the group Just Stop Oil invaded the stage, unfurled banners, and attached themselves to the set with ‘lock on’ devices that could not be removed manually. The misfits even had the audacity to compare themselves to the protagonists in the play, while claiming circumstances justified their so-called revolutionary behavior.

The group is infamous not just for their hoodlums interrupting plays, but also gluing themselves to classic pieces of art after vandalizing them, and have even blocked roads as part of their efforts to demand Western countries, like Great Britain, stop using fossil fuels. In reality this is also the environmentalist’s way of conducting a heckler’s veto. If they can’t see classic plays, neither can you.

Thankfully, police responded quickly to the scene and arrested the culprits. However, enough time had passed to where the performance had to be cancelled. Shortly after the punks stormed the stage, the audience (rightly) booed and yelled insults at them.

The only satisfaction that can be drawn from this, is that the more groups, like Just Stop Oil, conducts publicity stunts like this, the more people will red pilled and turn against their climate alarmism.
