California considers reviving desalination

As a result of its water problems, California is considering a practice it toyed with in the 90’s: desalination. It’s a filtering process that makes sea water drinkable. Israel has been using desalination successfully for years, respectfully, and can show The Golden State how to implement it. That is, unless of course, green groups decide to sue based on desalination plant environmental impact.
