Tucker Carlson interviewed Edward Poitevent II on his Fox News program tonight. The Poitevent family is fighting federal regulators who threatened to impose millions of dollars of fines on them during 2013 for developing a plot of land the family owns. The bureaucrats claim doing so threaten the habitat of the dusky gopher frog which is a protected species under the Endangered Species Act.
