Trump Administration Lifts Elephant Trophy Ban

The Chicago Tribune reports that the Trump Administration has lifted an Obama-era ban on African elephant body parts obtained during spotting hunts on the continent. The Administration sacked the idea back in November during a controversy that erupted when it was revealed the President would, most likely, lift the prohibition.

Oddly enough, a new book will soon be released detailing the death of Cecil the Lion who met his untimely demise in 2015. Trophy hunting is the best way to preserve any animal species. The below video addresses the controversy surrounding the practice.
