Oil and Gas Company Trolls The North Face For “Green” Virtue Signalling

During March, outdoor clothing company The North Face decided to reject an apparel order from the Colorado Oil and Gas Association citing fossil fuels as being a primary contributor to climate change. On Friday of last week, another outdoor fashion clothing manufacturer, Patagonia, cheered the demise of the Keystone XL pipeline. Ironically enough, both Patagonia and The North Face use petroleum in their products.

During the first week in June, CEO of a U.S. oil and gas company Liberty Energy, Chris Wright, released a video on YouTube slamming North Face for its hypocrisy. Both Patagonia and The North Face are against fossil fuels, except when they need them. Below is Chris Wright’s interview on Fox and Friends to discuss his campaign.
