Judge Sides With Makah Tribe, Gray Whale Hunts May Resume

After a 20 year legal battle with the Makah Tribe of Washington state facing off against legal challenges on the part of animal rights activists, an administrative law judge sided with the Indians allowing them to resume gray whale hunting. However, there is one more hurdle needed before the gray whale hunts can begin.
