On Friday and for the second time this year, an environmentalist group blocked a Maryland highway with hoodlums sitting in the same spots they were in back in July.

Obviously these nihilists don’t care about the idling vehicles contributing to more carbon emissions than if they were mobile nor the people who got angry resulting from their effort.
