Animal rights as justification to conduct theft and Davion Irvin says he will steal again if he gets out of jail.

Using his logic, Davion Irvin doesn’t want the zoo to be the animal’s jailer, he wants to imprison them. At least the ones he thinks he can control. Yet Irvin’s actions constitute another form of animal cruelty since he would be unable to properly care for the animals he steals.
