Ted Kaczynski, known as the infamous Unabomber, was recently found dead in his jail cell at age 81. He was convicted of attacking and even killing people on and off with homemade bombs for 17 years. Kaczinski explained in a manifesto he made public to expressing his willingness to destroy modern society.

In 1996, Kaczinski was arrested in a cabin located in the Montana wilderness after what is considered the most expensive manhunt in U.S. history.

In his screed, right out of the pages of Jean Jacque Rousseau’s concept of the Noble Savage, Kaczynski expressed the belief that the Industrial Revolution was the basis of human enslavement. The system does not and cannot exist to satisfy human needs, he wrote. Instead, it is human behavior that has to be modified to fit the needs of the system. Kaczinski said the only solution is to destroy the fruits of industrialization, to promote the return of WILD nature regardless of the consequences.

During his green jihad, Ted Kaczinski killed 3 people and injured 23 others. Yet before his embracing environmentalist hatred of industrial civilization, Kaczinski was a brilliant student of mathematics at Harvard University.

There have been claims made that Kaczinski was subjected to the CIA’s MK Ultra program. However, no credible evidence has surfaced supporting such a claim and the weight of proof is against this notion. Regardless, at some point Kaczinski decided to use his knowledge or intellect to conduct acts of evil. What a sad waste.

Good bye and good riddance.
