Jon and Jodi Hallford were arrested during November of last year in Oklahoma resulting from numerous felony charges related to alleged mishandling of dead bodies and money laundering while operating the eco-friendly funeral home Return to Nature in Penrose, Colorado. The two were in court yesterday and will be prosecuted for the multiple crimes the couple are accused of committing.

A very sad state of affairs and condolences to the families of the deceased. The families were taken advantage of thinking they’re loved ones would receive proper funerals in line with their environmental beliefs.
