The global management consultant company, McKinsey & Company, has a very interesting article at their website that seemingly describes the network of resources used global elites use to accomplish their efforts.
While the essay focuses mainly on climate action, it also outlines strategies that can be applied to other large-scale international initiatives, including achieving NetZero emissions and implementing censorship. Upon closer examination, it becomes clear that this same approach is replicated across various key areas where global elites attempt to influence or control aspects of daily life.
Here are some examples:

McKinsey and the World Economic Forum teamed up, predictably, to detail the strategy behind these initiatives, including who does what on the global stage. There’s no secrecy at a broad level; much like the transparency of government spending that DOGE has brought to light, all the information is accessible if you’re willing to dig for it. Those executing these plans often proudly discuss their objectives.
However, these plans don’t make headlines in mainstream media, which some might call Pravda Media, because they’re part of the same overarching strategy. The individuals crafting and carrying out these plans are generally technocrats who genuinely believe in their mission. However, it’s less clear if those at the very top share the same conviction in these initiatives.
They refer to it as the 4 P model, involving: Public (government), Private (transnational corporations and investment firms like Blackrock), and Philanthropies (which collaborate with NGOs to advance agendas like Net Zero).
Everyone is synchronized, working towards the same goals. I’d suggest expanding it to the Five P model by including the media/propaganda complex, which is closely linked to these efforts, hence forming Public-Private-Philanthropy-Propaganda Partnerships.
Government regulations, investments, and funding through entities like USAID, along with cooperation with the UN and other nations, all aim at a common goal. Blackrock and other transnational corporations advance this agenda through ESG criteria, NGO donations, and their own propaganda. Philanthropies also fund NGOs and think tanks, executing many programs with funds that come directly or indirectly from these other players.
Together, they form a complex and almost unbreakable network. This spans from the UN down to grassroots NGOs ensuring that, for example, a wind energy project in Nigeria, which might not come to fruition, is still claimed to benefit women, children, and indigenous groups.
With control over more than $10 trillion in investments, BlackRock has the power to influence behaviors, which is why many global corporations have adopted ESG standards.
When the FIVE Ps – Public, Private, Philanthropy, Propaganda – are in sync, it’s like living in a Truman Show scenario where all major institutions are geared towards a singular objective, pushing a unified narrative, and directing resources accordingly. Those who challenge this narrative are dismissed as conspiracy theorists, despite the fact that the orchestration is quite transparent.
This is all framed as being for the public’s benefit: We are The Science™. You don’t have to get vaccinated but there will be consequences if you do not, NetZero is promoted as the planet’s savior, and saving democracy translates to centralizing power in a bureaucracy, canceling elections in places like Romania and Ukraine, outlawing political groups for having the wrong beliefs, and imprisoning individuals for tweets deemed hate speech.
It has been said: Democracy is two wolves and a sheep deciding on what to have for dinner. However, this goes to show the plans of the packs of wolves behind this global cartel. Everyone follows the same script, pools (your) money together, builds systems that limit our liberties, and either silences or punishes those who disagree by removing them from online platforms or, in some cases, imprisoning them.
That is it in a nutshell.
