Historian and Hoover Institution Senior Fellow Victor Davis Hanson brilliantly describes how the MAGA movement is a counterrevolution when compared to the eight years under former President Barack Obama and the four-year, more radical third term of Obama using or employing the waxen effigy of Joe Biden to the French Revolution under the Robespierre brothers.

After Donald Trump won in 2016, the Left’s mask came off and they no longer hid what their true intentions were. When Joe Biden’s waxen effigy assumed the presidency, Democrats rapidly accelerated their agenda and, by the time Biden’s term ended, most Americans recognized that the country had undergone a profound transformation and not for the better.

Now, Trump is tasked with the monumental challenge of steering the nation back on course. Though some of Trump’s approaches might seem harsh, extreme circumstances demand bold actions. We must have faith in him to, as VDH eloquently stated, guide the nation back from the extreme Left to familiar ground.

However, it is not over since the Left is still trying to implement their agenda hoping it will fly under the radar. We must never let our guard down against such a relentless foe.
