Twenty-four years ago, Islamic terrorists attacked the United States, hijacking commercial airliners and crashing them into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and likely targeting the U.S. Capitol. Thousands of innocent lives were lost, and we must always honor their memory, as well as the heroic efforts of police officers, firefighters, and paramedics who risked everything to save others amid unimaginable tragedy.

President Donald Trump attended and delivered remarks at 9/11 commemoration ceremonies at the Pentagon today in which he also took time to praise the work of Charlie Kirk who was murdered in Utah yesterday.

It should also be noted, after the World Trade Center towers were hit by jet airliners, Trump made resources available to assist with rescue operations at the scene.
