The below video is footage from an incident that took place in France’s capital Paris. A French man and woman wrestle a homeless man to the ground as the man’s terrified puppy tries to hide beneath its owner’s suitcases. The heartbreaking scene in Paris shows the homeless man screaming in anguish as he is dragged to the floor. The activists then pick up the man’s puppy and race up the street.
A second man, wearing black then takes the puppy in a transfer which looks pre-planned. The crying, homeless man leaves behind a suitcase and collection cup, and sets off in pursuit. It is reported that the puppy-takers are from the group Cause Animale Nord, a French animal rights group.
This is what animal rights is all about: a group of elitists who think they know what is best for others and will go so far as to steal someone else’s animal. French animal rights activists do this because they think homeless people should not be allowed to own pets. The result of these people taking away this man’s dog could be a mental breakdown since the animal might have been the only thing that gave meaning to the homeless man’s life. But what would the care since his death would be one less cancerous human being on the planet.
After watching the below video of this disgusting act, I was reminded of the remark made by C.S. Lewis who said:
Of all the tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under the omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber barons cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
