Donald Trump for President

President Obama has achieved success with his environmental legacy. The Daily Caller points out:

A 2015 study found the coal industry lost 50,000 jobs from 2008 to 2012 during Obama’s first term. During Obama’s second term, the industry employment in coal mining has fallen by another 33,300 jobs, 10,900 of which occurred in the last year alone, according to federal data. Currently, coal mining employs 69,460 Americans, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Much of the blame for the job losses is targeted at federal regulations aimed at preventing global warming, which caused coal power plants to go bankrupt, resulting in a sharp decline in the price of coal.

The report goes on to say:

Employment has fallen so drastically because coal production has fallen by 15 percent since 2008 as companies have been forced by environmental regulation to shut down 400 mines due to decreasing demand. Companies opened 103 new mines in the U.S. in 2013 while 271 coal mines were idled or shut down, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration.

Not only are these astounding accomplishments progressives will cheer but it will result in the very things they wanted: high energy bills that will ultimately ruin the lives of the poor and middle class. President Obama has embraced the environmentalist movement’s proposals wholesale and the result is the erosion of our energy sector in favor of so-clled green energy sources that will not be able to service the energy needs of economies like the United States has.

Like it or not, it is because of our usage of fossil fuels that has enabled the us in the West to be able to enjoy the comfortable lifestyles we have. The significance of Western Civilization is that it is the only place on Earth that has enabled mankind to use their minds and we are prosperous and free as a result. Donald Trump recognizes this and, when elected President, he will not only lift Obama’s carbon controls but will restore oil drilling and coal mining to help revive not only the energy sector, but our economy in general.

Mr. Trump has also taken bold stances on the issue of climate change as well as political correctness. Consequently, it has resulted in the political Left criticizing him but also attacking his supporters.

While his support of some protectionist measures are undesirable, fortunately, Donald Trump recognizes the problems not only of unchecked immigration but also the threat of Islamic totalitarianism. His outspoken support of building a wall along the US-Mexico would be a necessary symbolic step to prevent criminal elements from Mexico and other countries that sponsor terrorism to sneak into the United States.

What the November election comes down to is that Donald Trump is the only candidate in the race that will defend America. Not just from foreign threats but also domestic ones as well. Hillary Clinton, most certainly, will not. With the ruinous policies of Barack Obama’s economic and social policies, including his courting Islamic regimes (like Iran), along with his terrible carbon controls that have thrown thousands of people out of work, Hillary Clinton will expand upon the President’s accomplishments. Donald Trump is a much needed prescription for getting America back on the right track so our country (if not Western Civilization) can be great again. Vote not only for Donald Trump but also for every Republican running for office. Doing so will be a serious setback for the Left including the environmentalist movement.
