The United States isn’t just at risk for outbreaks of measles, mumps, rubella, smallpox, chickenpox, polio and other deadly diseases, it is also at risk for an outbreak of another deadly illness: lyme disease.

Forbes published a very interesting article today that reveals why the US does not have a lyme disease vaccine. Radio and video talk show host David Parkman also covered this during one of his programs four years ago.

The sinister intent of anti-vaccine groups isn’t to help people live and survive diseases normally treated with immunization but to ensure everyone else suffers or dies a slow, painful death resulting from sicknesses like lyme disease.
