An oil spill said to have originated from a tanker off the coast of Tucacas, Venezuela is reportedly devastating the country’s Morrocoy National Park and its mangroves that can badly affect it’s delicate eco-system. So far, no efforts have been made by environmentalists to take action or even pressure the country’s officials to clean it up. The soft bigotry of low expectations.
