Texas Attorney General explains Supreme Court election integrity lawsuit

On Tuesday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton elaborated on the merits of a lawsuit his state filed against Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, on Sean Hannity’s Fox News shows.

In his suit, Paxton claims those states violated the election guidelines set by the U.S. Constitution in the 2020 election. He also notes that when a state sues another state, or in this case, multiple states, the lawsuit goes to the U.S. Supreme Court as the court of jurisdiction.
