Last year, Wyoming’s legislature passed a law allowing for coal or natural gas generation to be replaced with nuclear energy. Bill Gates’ TerraPower and Warren Buffett’s PacificCorp announced they will jointly construct a nuclear power plant at the site of an old coal plant in rural Wyoming.
