During the latter part of the summer and out of frustration with Biden’s unwillingness to address problems at the U.S.-Mexico border, Arizona governor Doug Ducey decided to take matters into his own hands. He ordered storage containers to be placed along areas of the border fence erected by Donald Trump that were left unfinished in the Copper State.
Needless to say, His Fraudulency was not happy. Biden is even suing Arizona trying to have the storage containers along the border removed asserting they are on federal land despite Biden’s unwillingness to do anything about the illegal activities going on at the border. One Arizona sheriff recently threatened to have people engaged in placing the containers along the Arizona-Mexico border arrested if they come into his county.
But, lo and behold, one other branch of the left’s army of death and destruction wants to get in on the action too because the San Pedro River could dry up or something.
A lawsuit notice of intent was filed by the Center for Biological Diversity in response to Gov. Doug Ducey’s shipping container border wall in western Cochise County.
The on Dec. 14 notice was released the same day as the U.S. Department of Justice’s lawsuit but sought to bring the construction company Ashbritt, Inc. to court as well. The Center for Biological Diversity cites that the damming of water by the containers violates the Clean Water Act by adding debris to the streambeds.
Ah yes! The streambeds of the San Pedro River that, according to CBD, will stop the river flow and disrupt the bird mecca it has become. Human needs to be safe from crime be damned! The birds and rivers above all else!
The green group not only tried to block the border wall’s construction two years ago, but CBD also litigates to prevent oil and gas drilling, but even sues to block renewable energy projects despite environmentalists claiming geothermal, wind, and solar energy can replace fossil fuels. It is very ironic that the group calls themselves the Center for Biological Diversity since their actions make it abundantly clear, humans are not biological nor are they part of the natural environment, except environmentalists of course.
