A ‘Mass Casualty Incident’ reported following an explosion at a metal manufacturing plant in Bedford, Ohio. So far, 12 people have been reported as having suffered burn injuries resulting from the explosion.
While, at this time, there is no proof of wrongdoing with this or the other prior incidents that have occurred, the most recent with a fire at a renewable energy plant in Doral, Florida. It should be stressed that when major events like this happen at manufacturing facilities, it is usually due to human error.
