Now Biden is coming for your home water heaters that enable you to take hot showers that help keep you clean after coming for your gas stoves, air conditioners, and dishwashers.
The U.S. Department of Energy on Friday proposed energy efficiency standards on water heaters it said would save consumers $11.4 billion on energy and water bills annually.
The standards on residential water heater efficiency, which are required by Congress, have not been updated in 13 years. Water heating is responsible for roughly 13% of both annual residential energy use and consumer utility costs, the DOE said.
The proposal would require the most common-sized electric water heaters to achieve efficiency gains with heat pump technology and gas-fired water heaters to achieve efficiency gains through condensing technology.
The standards, to take effect in 2029 if finalized, are expected to save nearly $200 billion and reduce more than 500 million metric tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions over 30 years, about equal to the combined annual emissions of 63 million homes, or approximately 50% of homes in the United States, the DOE said.
The claim that the rules will help save consumers or working families money is a bald-faced lie. Regulations increase the cost of making products and do not save consumers money at all.
With these new rules, consumers will have to settle for water heaters that of lesser quality and are slow to heat water. This means your ability to take hot showers and use hot water for even washing dishes will take longer costing you more money in electricity and potentially even affecting your health.
It will be a good way to help make it easier to kill you off when you get sick due to inadequately heated water being available to wash your hands, plates, forks and knives much less kill germs on your body overall that you collect on your body throughout the day too. But, remember, Biden was so concerned about #COVID-19.

But like any drowning guy, all they have to do is let go of that totalitarian anchor and folks might then be willing to lend a hand.

Biden won because of vote fraud. I fail to see how Trump meddled in the economy since he massively deregulated it. If you’re referring to China, trading with the Middle Kingdom enables their Communist state and revolution. There’s nothing moral about that.
