Not only did Electric vehicle manufacturer Proterra recently file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Biden promoted the company during his first two years in office. Proterra is also linked to Biden Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm who was forced to sell her interests in the company when it became known back in May of this year.
