On Saturday, a Catholic nun in France with the Famille Missionnaire de Notre-Dame (FMND) tackled a climate cultist who, according to The London Times, tried to sabotage the construction of a chapel and center for pilgrims the religious order commissioned to build in Saint-Pierre-de-Colombier in Ardèche.. The Times says the nuns had warned the hoodlums with the green group Les Amis de la Bourges in a statement that they had total determination to continue the work legally and to assert its rights.
The nuns arrived at the construction site on Friday anticipating the vandals would be there and kept an eye on things in hopes of deterring the environmentalists. A hoodlum is seen in the video running with two cylindrical tubes that were dropped only to be smashed by another punk after the first saboteur was tackled by a nun.
Not surprisingly, the video went viral on social media and the nun was hailed as a hero. Some on social media joked she should be recruited to also play on sports teams too. After the confrontation, The Times says, the nuns assumed a more peaceful posture blocking the cultists while singing.
This is not only a clear-cut example of an FAFO moment, but demonstrates you should not ever cave to bullies. Environmentalists consider any construction to be a blight upon the planet since mean greenies consider human beings (other than themselves of course) as a cancer on nature.
