Full disclosure: I got immunized for COVID-19 shortly after the shots were released. However, I would not get boosted resulting from the establishment moving the goal posts saying additional shots were needed after originally saying only one was needed. As it turns out, in light of the health problems related to the boosters, I made the right move.

As an aside, in the case of COVID-19, vaccines are a tool and people should take the necessary precautions they see fit. Otherwise, the overall record on vaccines is sound. They do save lives.
