If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. Late last month, a federal court decided a Climate Working Group formed by the Energy Department was illegal, but their report was allowed to stand. Now the CWG’s report will be the basis of an upcoming decision to repeal the so-called Endangerment Finding put in place by Barack Obama during 2009 and has been the basis of efforts to ruin the U.S.’s energy sector undertaken by Democrats for many years.

The Endangerment Finding permits the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to regulate greenhouse gasses — including carbon dioxide — citing the Clean Air Act. President Trump is likely to end the practice this week and it cannot happen a moment too soon and is already upsetting the right people.

This fear porn is from Arizona. However air quality is bad because the Phoenix metro area is in a valley and without any rainfall, the air stagnates. Additionally, the state’s population has ballooned in the last 5 or 10 years and that results in higher pollution rates regardless of the Obama standards. But the news report won’t tell you any of this.
