During an interview on Fox News Sunday, Justice Samuel Alito cautioned that an organized campaign to intimidate the Supreme Court endangers its future, as justices contend with threats and public pressure tied to their decisions. This comes shortly after Justice Alito recused himself recently from an upcoming case involving municipalities suing fossil fuel companies for the effects of climate change.
As it turns out, there has been some sort of effort by the Left to influence the Supreme Court as evidenced by a letter sent to the Senate Judiiary Committe singling out Alito a short time ago.
