For over 21 years former Vice President Al Gore used more energy than the typical American family household. That is the conclusion of a study recently released by the National Center for Public Policy Research.
Citing data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration, average energy usage by a typical family averages 10,812 kilowatt hours (kWh) of electricity annually. Despite renovating his Nashville residence during 2007 to make it more environmentally friendly, on average Al Gore’s Tennessee mansion consumed 230,889 kWh.
Tucker Carlson interviewed the manuscript’s author, Drew Johnson, to discuss his findings last night on his Fox News show. Don’t forget Gore bought a $9 million mansion on California’s coast in Montecito. This despite the fact Gore predicted in his movie An Inconvenient Truth that coastal cities would be flooded in the near future.
