On Tuesday of last week, hoodlums with the animal rights terrorist group Direct Action Everywhere (DxE) gathered in downtown Oakland to march against superstore giant Whole Foods Market. In mid-September, the supermarket chain obtained a temporary restraining order against the punks following protests DxE conducted inside one of their Berkeley stores.

The terrorists claim this infringes on their right to free expression, and First Amendment rights. In reality, DxE wants the Marxist theory of public owned property codified in law in order to justify being able to continue to harass and intimidate Whole Foods customers and employees or any other store chain that sells meat products.
