The report also states that diversity, equity, and inclusion-related outreach funding is needed to ensure research money helps underresourced and underrepresented communities.

Meaning, despite spending billions to promote cultural Marxism abroad, the Biden administration wants even more money to bankroll the left’s chaotic agenda by indoctrinating people in gender identity and racism domestically.
