U.S. Supreme Court Nixes EPA “Wetlands” Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency has been overstepping its authority for years by trying to act independent of Congress on many issues including when it comes to wetlands, a term that still has yet to be defined. Thankfully, the U.S. Supreme Court put a stop to it and the decision was very close.
