BlackRock CEO Larry Fink heads a major Wall Street investment firm. Isn’t it rich he’s pushing the very ideology that wants him dead and the economic system he and his company benefit from (capitalism) destroyed?
BlackRock CEO Larry Fink said he’s no longer using the term “ESG” (environment, social and governance) because it is being politically “weaponized” and he’s “ashamed” to be part of the debate on the issue.
It should be noted, however, that Fink recently admitted that ESG’s are designed to force corporations to adopt woke policies which are grounded in political leftist ideology, including policies geared to combat climate change. Therefore, Fink’s shame is inauthentic, deceptive, and he is merely trying to cynically remarket his efforts.
ESG’s have been the target of numerous legislative and legal actions and Fink will undoubtedly keep trying to rebrand wokeism in an attempt to continue his efforts to push wokeism on people using the vehicle of corporations. A similar effort is being pushed in schools to remarket Critical Race Theory. Stay engaged and remain vigilant because the left won’t stop and neither should we.
