For the last 50 years, the wealthiest nations have been panicked over about the weather only for this to happen.

It’s not like this wasn’t known before. Reuters covered a similar topic two years ago.

This is prime example of the term if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Clouds play a vital role in the environment, providing rain but also reflecting sunlight before it reaches the Earth’s surface.

But between 2003 and 2022, clouds over the North Atlantic and Northeast Pacific became less reflective, allowing more sunlight to reach the ocean surface and causing sea surface temperatures to rise.

My colleagues and I recently conducted research that shows global efforts to improve air quality have unintentionally accelerated climate warming by modifying clouds.

Who’d have thought environmentalists were really aiding global warming, climate change, whatever you want to call it?

We’ll undoubtedly be fine but, not surprisingly, the climate hysterics will still keep up the grift.

The key factor turned out to be aerosols — tiny particles that act as seeds for cloud droplets. When there are fewer aerosols, clouds contain fewer but larger droplets. Those droplets reflect less sunlight and are more likely to rain out quickly, producing shorter-lived, darker clouds. This process weakens the cooling influence that low clouds have over marine areas.

According to Dr. von Salzen, the unexpected outcome reveals that enhancements in air quality—which preserve human lives—also eliminate a protective cooling barrier that’s been hiding a substantial amount of warming caused by greenhouse gases, indicating a need for stronger efforts to reduce those emissions.

Ah but then there are those other stubborn facts like when the earth warmed due to a lack of pollution.
