This has been mentioned before, but it needs to be stressed again and again. From 60 Minutes Australia who reported toward the end of March about the beginnings of how the COVID-19 virus spread. Video excerpt in the link below:

Essentially, Xi probably weaponized the COVID-19 virus knowing it would spread. This especially hit northern Italy hard because of the Chinese citizens who mostly hail from Wuhan and have lived and worked in northern Italian garment factories since the 1990’s.
