United Nations To Agree To Shipping Carbon Tax In Order To Soak Americans

As if the World Economic Forum wasn’t bad enough, this is worse.

According to Alex Epstein, the United Nations is pushing a carbon tax on shipping fuel, with proposals ranging from $19 to $150/ton of CO2. He says this will not only ratchet up the price of gasoline $1.29 a gallon but also double the cost of shipping that will affect a variety of items shipped globally, like food.

Since the United States imports vast quantities of goods from around the world, this will inordinately impact American consumers and businesses. Shortly after Alex Epstein made this known on X, Utah Senator Mike Lee weighed in.
