The Institute of Economic Affairs’ held its yearly Hayek Lecture on on November 23rd at Church House Conference Centre in London in which the hosted keynote speaker Professor Steven Landsburg. Dr. Landsburg is Professor of Economics at the University of Rochester and author of The Armchair Economist.
