Senators Rand Paul of Kentucky and Roger Marshall of Kansas challenged NAIAID Director Dr. Anthony Fauci during a Senate committee hearing about Fauci’s role in gain of function research and his dismissing scientists who concluded COVID-19 was released from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and not a natural occurrence. Notice how Fauci purposely avoids answering the questions posed to him by Paul and denies everything when pressed by Marshall.
