Dr. Martin Luther King – “I Have a Dream”

Today is the anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday. Had his life not been taken, he would have been 92 years old and, despite his untimely demise, King left an enduring legacy. He is best known for delivering his stirring, moving, and infamous I Have A Dream speech in 1963 during the Civil Rights March in Washington D.C.. Despite the shameful politicization of this holiday, Dr. King’s stirring oratory is an inspirational, welcoming, timeless, and hopeful message that deserves to be watched again and again.
