While attempting to make the case for the enhanced powers he seeks under the Emergencies Act, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was shouted down multiple times while speaking. He used prepared talking points and refused to answer specific questions about what he sought to accomplish with the enhanced powers.
