At a U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing last Wednesday, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) questioned USAID Administrator for International Development Samantha Powers on COVID-19 research the agency is said to have conducted in Wuhan, China and points out the Biden administration is stonewalling giving information to him as part of a Senate coronavirus investigation.
